Updated description of SK Kepala Dinas Standar Pelayanan Publik to
Surat Keputusan (SK) Kepala Dinas tentang Standar Pelayanan Publik merupakan dokumen resmi yang menetapkan tolok ukur minimal pelayanan yang harus dipenuhi oleh unit pelayanan di lingkungan dinas terkait. SK ini disusun sebagai bentuk komitmen terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik. Di dalamnya tercantum jenis layanan, persyaratan, prosedur, jangka waktu, biaya, hingga mekanisme pengaduan, yang bertujuan memberikan kepastian, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas kepada masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan.
